By accessing or using the Meytr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meytr ("we", "us", or "our").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
Meytr is a compatibility intelligence platform that calculates compatibility between users using metaphysical systems including BaZi, Western Astrology, Numerology, and Shio. The Service includes profile creation, compatibility scoring, match delivery, AI-generated narratives, and (for Advisory subscribers) the Joint Intelligence System.
Meytr is designed for adults seeking serious, long-term committed relationships. The Service is not intended for casual dating, friendship matching, or any purpose other than compatibility assessment for long-term partnership.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your birth date, birth time, and birth location. Providing false birth data will result in inaccurate compatibility calculations and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may not create multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge or terminate them at our discretion.
Access to compatibility matches requires passing the Commitment Readiness Assessment. Assessment results are final for the applicable cooldown period (30 days). We do not guarantee that any user will pass the assessment. Failure to pass does not constitute discrimination and is not grounds for a refund of any fees paid.
Paid subscriptions (Core and Advisory) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Creem, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Creem to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations, except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first payment of a new subscription. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the initial charge. Refunds are not available for renewal charges or after the 30-day window, except at our sole discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service: including the compatibility scoring methodology, AI-generated narratives, and the Joint Intelligence System: are owned by Meytr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your birth data and profile information remain your property. By using the Service, you grant Meytr a limited licence to use this data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Meytr does not guarantee that:
Meytr is a tool for exploration and guidance. It is not a substitute for personal judgment, professional relationship counselling, or any other professional service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meytr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, decisions made based on compatibility scores, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meytr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your Settings page.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
