Meytr ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using the Meytr platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect:
Birth date, time, and location are the core inputs for calculating your Life-Path Profile. This data is required for the Service to function. Without it, we cannot calculate your compatibility scores.
We store your Commitment Assessment responses, score, pass/fail status, and any applicable cooldown dates. This data is used to manage your access to the matching features.
We collect data about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features accessed, match interactions, and session duration. This data is used to improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.
We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled by Creem, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of successful payments and your subscription status, but not your card number, CVV, or full billing address.
If you contact us via email or the contact form, we retain your name, email address, and message content to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of support interactions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating the Service:
Database and backend infrastructure provider. Your profile data, birth data, assessment results, and match history are stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL database. Data is stored in encrypted form. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
Transactional email service. We use Resend to send assessment result emails, match notifications, billing receipts, and support responses. Resend receives your email address and the content of emails sent to you. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
Payment processing. Creem handles all subscription billing. When you subscribe, you interact directly with Creem's payment interface. Creem receives your payment details and billing information. We receive only your subscription status and payment confirmation. Creem's privacy policy is available at creem.io/privacy.
We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Meytr, our users, or the public.
Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit).
We implement access controls to ensure that only authorised systems and personnel can access your data. Birth data is treated as sensitive information and is subject to additional access restrictions.
No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., billing records, which are retained for 7 years in accordance with financial regulations).

Meytr uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
