You are charged on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you are billed on the 15th of every subsequent month.
Pay once per year at a reduced rate. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date the following year.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Creem. You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.
When you upgrade (e.g., from Core to Advisory), the new features are available immediately. You are charged the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period, then the full new plan price at the next renewal.
When you downgrade, your current plan continues until the end of the billing period. The downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date. You will not lose access to higher-tier features until the current period ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page under "Billing". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds outside the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request.
All payments are processed by Creem, a secure payment processor. Meytr does not store your card details. Your payment information is handled entirely by Creem's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
